Service Terms

The TL;DR (Simple Version)

By using Linkintel, you agree to these rules. In short:

  • Don't Be Malicious: No phishing, malware, or spam.
  • You're in Control: We monitor link health, but you decide where your traffic goes.
  • Beta Stage: The service is currently in pre-launch; use it as-is.

1. Waitlist & Beta Access

Summary: Signing up for the waitlist is free, but doesn't guarantee immediate access or 100% uptime.

Linkintel is currently in an early access/waitlist stage. By registering, you acknowledge that:

  • Access is granted at our sole discretion.
  • The service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" during this period.
  • We do not provide any uptime guarantees or service level agreements (SLAs) for beta participants or waitlist members.

2. Usage Rights & Restrictions

Summary: You control your links. We provide monitoring tools to help you, but you are responsible for where you send users.

Linkintel provides a redirect and monitoring pipeline. Our "Link Guard" and "Rotator" tools operate based on your configuration:

  • No Auto-Changes: Linkintel does not automatically change your destination URLs without your explicit configuration of rotation rules. Notifications are advisory.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use Linkintel to redirect to content that is illegal, malicious, involves phishing, or distributes malware.
  • Validation: We reserve the right to block or delete links targeting domains that are flagged on global security blocklists.

3. Billing & Payments

Summary: Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Terms for our paid tiers (Growth, Scale, Enterprise) apply once you upgrade.

For all paid subscriptions:

  • Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Linkintel does not store or process your credit card information.
  • Subscription Tiers: Fees are based on your selected plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise) as described on our pricing page.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

Summary: We are not responsible if your destination site goes down or for errors in third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkintel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.
